This shop is located in Town Center Jumeirah. Their selection is quite good and the staff courteous. They'll let you try evden eve nakliyat pens for as long as you want and have a number of limited edition and high-end pens.

UO Bookstore is the largest art store in Oregon south of Portland. Enthusiastic, but not always expert, service. Many of the employees are art and architecture students.
Carries Speedball pen holders and assorted nibs.
Corner Elizabeth and Bourke streets. No ratings because I haven't actually been there yet.
